For direct employers

You pay for the hour worked, not for the software.

Post a shift: the platform finds people for your shifts, runs them hour by hour and keeps evidence that the work was done. The workers remain yours. A shift that was not worked is not billed.

Post a shiftThe price is calculated per hour worked, with no hidden conditions

06:50. Two workers did not arrive and your line is waiting.

A replacement from the verified pool is already on the way. There is no need to call acquaintances or cover the shift yourself: one post goes out to everyone in four languages, and the shift goes to whoever accepts first.

A verified pool. If someone cancels, the next candidate steps in. The workers remain yours, not an agency's.

The shift runs automatically and the workers remain yours.

Several sites on one screen

Once a lead is assigned to a site, the chats and check-in gates are built automatically. Every location is run from one screen.

Pay and reporting

Calculation by law, including overtime, Saturday work and deductions, together with the payslip and the reports, is generated from the hours worked. Ready by the 9th.

In an inspection or a claim you will have an hours register rather than explanations.

Under Amendment 24 to the Protection of Wages Law, the burden of proving the hours worked sits with the employer. Without a register the court can credit the worker up to 60 overtime hours a month. The platform keeps a byte-exact check-in register going back seven years: who, where and how much. That allows a conversation based on records instead of a late-wage penalty that can exceed the wage itself.

Complying with the law is not enough when there is no way to prove it.

What the register looks like at an inspection
In an inspection or a claim you will have an hours register rather than explanations.

Do you also take on people through contractors? By law you are liable for how they are paid.

If your contractor's workers were underpaid, the claim can be presented to you (service-client liability under the Law for Increasing Enforcement of Labor Laws, 2011). An audited proof pack closes that exposure. Require hours, payslip and contributions for each of the contractor's workers, without gaining access to their personal data. The platform provides you with that instrument.

Require proof from your contractors

What the platform does not do

  • We do not pay your workers for you. The money leaves your bank directly
  • We do not run your company's litigation
  • The price is calculated per hour worked, with no hidden conditions
  • And we do not turn your company into an agency: the workers remain yours.

Why there are people on the platform: their rights are protected, so they show up and stay.

Hours recorded correctly, pay calculated correctly and a record that belongs to the worker. That is why there is someone to show up for your shift today and tomorrow.

Questions we get

I did not hire them, so why does the inspection reach me?
Israeli case law can treat whoever actually benefits from the work as the real employer, even where the contract is with a contractor. A contractor's violation can therefore land on your desk, and the practical question is which records you hold right now.
How do I know the contractor pays lawfully?
Not from an assurance but from a record: approved hours, terms shown before the shift began, and valid documents for every person on site. If the data lives only with the contractor, you have nothing to produce when asked.
What does this give me if the contractor is the employer?
Visibility. You see who is on site, on what terms and with which documents, without becoming the party that directs the workers. Directing them in practice is exactly what makes you the employer.

Start on one shift. You pay only for hours worked.

No card and no fixed fee. One shift: see how it closes, and that the workers remain yours.
