Why this is needed
The market is built so that violations go unclaimed for a long time and are then claimed all at once. The chain of middlemen takes money, control and records. We build one tool that shortens the chain and leaves evidence for every hour, so that work with people runs directly and without accumulated exposure.
Protecting the worker is your own access to people
Workers come and stay where the hour is logged, pay is calculated correctly and the record belongs to them. That keeps the pool from running dry. Worker protection here is not charity but the mechanism that keeps people on your shifts and produces the evidence you hand to your client.

- Who is behind the platform?
- A team that built the product around a familiar problem in the Israeli market: records get assembled after the question has already been asked. The platform exists so the record is created as things happen rather than reconstructed under pressure.
- Are you a competing manpower company?
- No. We do not employ workers, do not recruit them and do not place them, so we do not compete with our own customers. We are a software vendor, and that distinction is the whole point.
- Why does a business product care so much about worker rights?
- Because both sides rest on the same record. A worker who sees their terms up front escalates less often, and an employer holding a complete log survives an inspection. Worker protection is not a marketing annex; it is the same system.
