Operations

All operations on one screen that runs itself.

Hours, pay, reporting and coordination in one tool. You make the decisions and the system handles the routine.

Hours

Every hour without calling around

Check-in at the gate, confirmation on site and shift status in real time. You see who is working at this moment.

  • GPS check-in on site

The mark is bound to the site's geo-perimeter and cannot be made outside it.

  • Hours calculated automatically

Time is collected from check-in and check-out and forms the basis of the timesheet, with no manual entry.

  • Shift status

Who showed up, who was late and who did not come is visible at once, as a fact rather than an accusation.

Finance

The month closes without an accounting scramble

Calculation by law, including overtime (125% and 150%), Saturday work, deductions and pension, is performed from the hours worked. Documents and reports are generated automatically and are ready by the 9th.

Ready by the 9th, with no scramble and no overtime at the office.

Coordination

You assign and the system completes it

You assign a driver to a route and an integration manager to a site, and the rest is built automatically.

  • Role assignment

Driver, integration manager and site lead are set once.

  • Chats open automatically

Channels between driver and worker and between manager and worker are created for every placement.

  • The route is built

Stops and their order come from the assignments, with no manual assembly.

  • Check-in gate bound to the site

A mark is possible only at the correct site.

Questions we get

How long does moving daily records onto the platform take?
The real work is not the rollout but the habit: hours approved on the day they were worked rather than at month end. Teams already working that way are changing a tool; the rest are changing a process.
What happens when a worker does not show up?
The absence is recorded as an event with a time and a reason instead of dissolving into a phone call. That is what lets a pattern be spotted before it becomes a problem with the client.
Can we run several sites and managers at once?
Yes, and that is the normal case rather than the exception. Every shift carries an identified site and an identified approver, so it stays clear afterwards who signed off on what, which is exactly what an inspection asks.

The platform calculates and generates. Hiring, payment and filing remain with your company. We provide visibility and recordkeeping, not control over people.
