Transport details
Where a shift includes transport, the driver’s name, the vehicle and the plate number are shown in advance, and the vehicle’s location is visible in the app on the day. Where it does not, you receive detailed directions.
On-site contact
At sites with a manager, you know who that is before you travel, and they are the person who receives you and gets you started.
